Communication
BSL communicates generally in English. We may communicate in the German language about our German-language events.Events
There is no standard refunds policy. However if you have feedback, are unhappy, or have a complaint, please email us at [email protected] and lets come to a solution together.Membership
User can pause or cancel their BSL membership at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal. The membership does not give the User a right to available spots during any period of time. Tickets or spots may just be available for whoever obtains them first.
